Can I make-up missed classes, and still do class if I travel for work, or have an inconsistent work schedule?
Yes, you can make up any missed classes within the current 12-week boot camp class you are currently registered for.

I will miss class for my wedding, honeymoon, and/or a vacation.
If you are missing two weeks of class or less, during the 12-week boot camp session, you can make up those missed classes anytime during that time period. Many girls like to get in the extra workouts before the last dress fitting. If you are missing two weeks or more, arrangements with Fit 2 Wed must be made prior to the start of boot camp.

Can I start class after a session has started?
Yes, you can still join the class within the first two weeks of the start of a new boot camp and just make up those missed classes any time during the remainder of the session. If you missed the first two-week period to join late, you can still join during the sixth week of class. If you join during week 6, you can attend the last 6 weeks of the current boot camp class as well as the first 6 weeks of the next boot camp class for a total of 12 weeks.

I do not currently work out, can I still do class?
Yes, the class is designed for all fitness levels.

I hate to run, is this okay?
Do not worry about the running; we slowly increase the cardio in class throughout the 12 weeks. This boot camp is designed for all fitness levels. Every Fit 2 Wed session has people who cannot run in class for medical reasons and these individuals still achieve their goals.

Do I need any special exercise equipment for the class?
No, you do not need exercise equipment to join class or to participate in the class. It is recommended to bring water and a towel to lay on for some of the exercises that are performed in class.

How many people are in a class?
The class size varies depending on the location and the time of the class. The class size can range from 10-20 for weekday classes and 30-40 for a Saturday class (which is a lot of fun). The classes are large enough to have a variety of fitness levels and to create a motivating team environment, but small enough to still get one on one attention.

I cannot afford the one payment option. Can I make multiple payments?
Yes, to make boot camp more affordable, Fit 2 Wed offers payment plans of two or four payments.

Is there a discount if I sign up with one of my friends?
If 3 bridesmaids/friends sign up together, each one will get $100 off the price of class. Consecutive returning boot campers are already eligible to receive a $100 discount; therefore the discount for 3 or more does not apply to consecutive returning boot campers.

Will I be provided with an eating plan?
Fit 2 Wed does not provide meal plans, but does provide nutritional information throughout the class, a nutritional seminar, grocery store trips, a weekly newsletter, and also gives healthy eating ideas/recipes on
getfit2wed.blogspot.com
All of this combined, prepares you with the tools to eat healthy and to know how to make healthy choices that you enjoy.

How many calories do I need?
Boot campers will get an email during week one, with a calorie calculator that is easy to use and will let you know how many calories you need based on your weight, weight, goal weight, and physical activity. How many calories you need will be discussed further in class and the nutritional seminar.
