"Fit2Wed is the MOST amazing workout experience! I say this not only because the classes are great, but because the results are EXTRAORDINARY!! Before joining boot camp, I was trying to lose weight for five years. I tried diets, exercising on my own, and even got a personal trainer. I lost some weight with each of these methods, but nothing was consistent, and paying $1,500 for 24 sessions with a personal trainer was just not realistic, nor were the results worth it. Jessica is a true professional, she knows what she's talking about and she exudes passion for health and fitness. In just two short boot camps (6 months) I lost 33 pounds, 13.2% body fat, and 26.25 inches!!! I never thought these results could be real, but believe me they are!! No photo shopping here!! "I wanted to share some of my amazing wedding pictures. These pictures would have been completely different if it weren't for Fit2Wed! I've had SO many compliments on my new physique and I've really shocked myself by going well beyond my original goals. Before I started Bootcamp I hadn't worked out in over a year due to an injury, my body fat was at 25% and I was in a size 32 jean. I was very worried that my knee wouldn't be able to handle the workouts, my tastebuds wouldn't accept the diet or that I would get bored or unmotivated like I always had with exercise before. Jessica was amazing about modifying exercises that bothered my knee, gave us healthy, yummy food suggestions and worked me back into shape in a fun and motivating way. In 5 months, the class has not been the same twice, which has helped to keep me interested and from plateauing. My original goal was to get my body fat down to 18% and jeans to a 30. After my check-in today, I am now at 13.4% body fat, a 28 jean and training for a half-marathon in August! Also thanks to Jessica, I got to go on a mini summer shopping spree since all of my clothes fall off of me now. I never thought I would go beyond the first 12 week course or my wedding date, but I have become addicted to Bootcamp. I was not only Fit2Wed on my wedding day, but I'm now fit for life! "I love my personal trainer! She is super fit, but you realize she is also human. She makes you recognize that you can become fit just by eating healthier one day at a time and going to the gym, even if it is just 30 min. a day. "For three years my experience has been great. I have been motivated to workout and have continued to lose weight at a healthy level, gain strength, gain definition, and increase my cardio. It has been fun. My cardio has improved the most. I now run at a higher level and can do cardio for longer amounts of time. My weight loss has also been a huge improvement. I have learned how to mix up workouts by using different machines and have also learned that a workout can be based around only one and two pieces of equipment. Jessica is the best she has transformed me and motivated me in many ways."

"Last summer I took Jessica's boot camp class. What I really enjoyed about the class was that in the beginning she recorded the amount of exercises we could do at one time, and how many we could do. For example, she would record how many pull-ups we could do, or how many sit-ups we could do in 30 seconds. Jessica kept the information for us and we repeated the process in the middle of the session, and again on the second to last day of class. It was very exciting to see my results and to compare them to the initial ones. I increased my speed, and amount of repetitions that I could do. The class was a great balance of cardio and weights, and it was fun to be outside with a group of people who were also motivating you to work harder. I have never trained or worked out with someone as positive and dedicated as Jessica. I look forward to meeting her every session, and she pushes me toward my goal every time.

Jessica also has helped me balance my diet. She always has great new ideas of dishes that I can make and incorporate into my daily meals. Overall she is a great trainer and I have learned a lot."

Jessica is FANTASTIC! She really knows the best way to help you slim down and lose inches. Her workouts are extremely intense and she helps you get to the end of each exercise. She includes other activities as well, such as the shopping trips that teach you how to shop at the grocery store, she takes us to cooking classes, and makes time to speak to everybody who has questions about their progress. My experience with get fit 2 wed boot camp has been amazing and life changing. When I came to get fit 2 wed I was bored with regular gym workouts and was in dire need of a change. I started my weight loss journey at 181 pounds; oh my god. I was hopeless and did not think I would ever lose the weight. Well ladies I did lose weight; 35 pounds in fact and this last weekend I was able to wear a bikini, go to a crowded beach, and lay out. It was so uplifting and revitalizing to know that my hard work paid off. The lessons I have learned in boot camp are priceless; with the nutrition advice Jessica gives to her warm encouragement for one last exercise. It has truly been a pleasure to be in get fit 2 wed. I mean I got in to a bikini; I have not been able to lay out at the beach for 5 years. Don’t wait sign up, it will be the best investment in your life.
