All Inclusive Program to Maximize Results
In order to help you achieve the results you want, the bridal boot camp will consist of:
• 75 & 90 minute Cardio & Strength training workouts 3x a week
• 36 High Calorie Burning cardio & strength training workouts
• Personalized Cardio Plan for your non-boot camp days
• Three one on one sessions with me (initial, 6 week, & 12 week) to test body fat, measurements, before pictures, health history, and set goals specific to you
• Graphed Results of your improved fitness and body composition from initial, 6, & 12 week marks to see your improvement in running, push ups, sit ups, chin up time, inches, weight, and body fat lost.
• If you cannot attend your class due to work, illness, or vacation you can always attend any of the other classes to make it up
• Nutritional Counseling
• Exercise and Eating Journals to provide accountability
• Two Nutritional Seminars (Emotional eating, Healthy dining out, Healthy holidays, Portion sizes, Supplements/Vitamins,ÿ etc)
• Grocery Store Trip to Vons, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods
• Weekly Nutritional Information
• Health and fitness weekly Newsletter

Payment Plans*
1) Payment in full at the beginning of class - $895
2) Make two payments of $475 (post-dated checks or credit    card)
3) 4 post-dated checks of $250
Cash, check or credit card are accepted

* No matter which payment plan you select, you are responsible for full payment of the class regardless of the circumstance. Also, please note that prices were slightly altered due to administrative and processing fees

For the busy bride, I offer the most time effective and efficient way to have you looking and feeling your best on your wedding day. Boot Camp is a great way to break through plateaus, workout safely, and get the most out of your workouts. The all-inclusive 12 week program is designed for you to get the results you want and help you reach your goals in time for your special day.
